WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- Items must have all Fashion Drug tags attached.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fashion Drug.
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You will find a return form and retour address sticker enclosed in your original package. On this form you can specify which item(s) you wish to return + your personal information. Make sure you encose this form when you ship the items back to us. On the return sticker you will find our address, you need to put this sticker on top of the package and you are good to go.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 20 days for your parcel to be returned to Fashion Drug. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 20 day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently don’t offer exchanges to our customers. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.
